11.2.2010. The second module of ICF ACTP training "The Art and Science of Coaching"

The second module of ICF ACTP training "The Art and Science of Coaching" has been delivered in Belgrade from 9 to 12. February. Trainer on this module was Richard Hyams, ICF MCC and Erickson transformational and NLP trainer. Participants had chance to improve their coaching skills with new sets of tools for long term coaching projects.
Third module of this unique training will be delivered in April. Trainer on this module will be Dr. Marilyn Atkinson.



7.2.2010. NLP Master Practitioner certification

Certification of first "NLP Master Practitioner" group happened on 6. of February. Some of the topics of NLP Master Practitioner projects were: "Coaching as a management style", "Advanced hypnotic tools", "Alignment of corporate values and values of employees", "Team coaching", "Application of NLP tools in negotiation", "NLP and constellation"... Certification of second group will be at the end of May.



30.1.2010. NLP Business Practitioner certification

On 30th of January in NLP Center we had certification of NLP Business Practitioner group that has started on 3rd of October 2009.

18.1.2010. Nada Kaiser was guest trainer in NLP Center

From 14 to 18. January Nada Kaiser was guest trainer in NLP Center. In this period Nada has delivered workshop for Wingwave coaches and two day workshop about strategies and metaprograms as a part of NLP Business Practitioner training.

13th December 2009. "Introduction to NLP" in Novi Sad

On 12th and 13th of December, in facilties of Faculty for Pharmacy and Management in Pharmacy in Novi Sada, "Omega MS", NLP Center has delivered two days training "Introduction to NLP". This was first NLP Centar's training delivered in Novi Sad. NLP Business Practitioner will start in Novi Sad at the begining of 2010.

29th November 2009. Conference: 16th Annual Conference of European Mentoring and Coaching Council

16th annual conference of European Mentoring and Coaching Council took place, from 26th to 28th of November, in Amsterdam. There were participants from more then 20 countries. Serbia has been represented by Sladja Milošević (Mobilis) and Peđa Jovanović (NLP Centar). Among other participants, conference attended president of ICF Giovanna D'Alessio and president of ICF USA Karen Tweedie. On this conference we had chance to discuss details of opening Serbian ICF chapter that will started with work until the end of 2009.



29th November 2009. Workshop: Introduction to coaching and NLP

On Tuesday 24th of November, in facilities of Student Union University of Novi Sad, NLP Center has delivered one day workshop “Introduction to coaching and NLP”. Students had chance to learn basis of Erickson coaching model and basic principles of NLP. Training was delivered by Dušan Kerečki Erickson's Professional Coach. Participants had very good impressions:

23rd November 2009. New NLP Business Practitioner has started

First module of new NLP Business Practitioner has started on 21st of October in NLP Center's facilties. Participants of the training had learnt basic presuppositions and basic skills of NLP. This was last NLP Business Practitioner group in '09. Next NLP Business Practitioner will start in March 2010.



17th November 2009. Training: Certification training for Wingwave coach

Training for Wingwave coach, in NLP Center, will start 14th of January 2010. Trainer on this training will be Nada Kaiser, acredited trainer on behalf of Besser-Sigumund Institute from Hamburg. 4th November 2009. Workshop: What is NLP?

On Wednesday, 11.11.2009 from 18 to 21.30, NLP Centar will organize introductory workshop "What is NLP?" This workshop is introduction to winter NLP Business Practitioner that starts on 21st November.

30th October 2009. Training: The Art and Science of Coaching

First module of training "The Art and Science of Coaching" took place in Belgrade's hotel Holiday Inn from 26 to 29th October. Trainer on this module was Dr. Marilyn Atkinson, president of Erickson International College. Participants on this training had chance to learn basics of Solution Focused Coaching. Training will continue in February 2010.

If you want to join first ICF ACTP program you can do this in middle of December. From 15 to 18. December we will organize an other first module of this training.

10th October 2009.Training: The Art & Science of Coaching

On 26th October Erickson College , one of the most worldwide coaching companies, is coming to Belgrade

 
Marylin Atkinson, the chairman of Erickson College, is going to give the first 4-day-long module of the training The Art & Science of Coaching , accredited in compliance with ICF standards.

For the training participants this will mean that the number of hours covered by this training is going to be included in the total number of hours needed to get the title of ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Erickson College meets the requirements of ICF’s The Gold Standard of Coaching. This simply means that it meets the most rigorous standards of the biggest worldwide coaching association. 10th October 2009. Training: How to present your innovation in the most effective way

On 8th and 9th October in Novi Sad, at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, and in Belgrade, in Chamber of commerce, for participants in finales of national competition for best technological innovation 2009. Predrag Jovanović delivered training "How to present your innovation in the most effective way". Cameraman on this training was Saša Medovarski.

19th September 2009. NLP Master Practitioner has started

First 8 day module of NLP Master Practitioner has started, in Sv.Petar near Biograd in Croatia. On first training day participants had introduction to work with groups and systems. Nada Kaiser was trainer on this module.

30th August 2009. Training: "Introduction to Coaching"

On 29th and 30th August, NLP Centar delivered two days coaching seminar "Introduction to Coaching". Training was delivered in Faculty of Economics and offices of Students Union Belgrade. This was first coaching training in Serbia based on Erickson coaching model. Participants on this training were members of several student organizations: AEGEE, AIESEC and SUBG. This training was chance for participants to understand basis of Erickson coaching approach and to learn some of basic coaching principles. Training was delivered by Dušan Kerečki, Erickson Professional Coach.

30th August 2009. Certification: NLP Business Practitioner

On 30th August, in NLP Centar's facility, group that started on 16th May had certification. Participants had to do written test, presentation and demonstration of one of the techniques learned on the training. Average mark of this training is 4.56 (on scale 1 to 5). Here are few comments made by the participants:

13th August 2009. Academic program

International Association of NLP Institute (NLP-IN) and International Association of Coaching Institute (ICI) in cooperation with universities all over the world (Universidad Azteca in Mexico, Universidad Central de Nicaragua , in final stage are also agreements with some European universities) are organizing Graduate, Master and Doctorate studies in the field of NLP and Coaching. The practical part of these studies is being organized in accredited NLP and Coaching centers, and NLP Center Belgrade is one of those. NLP Center trainings are accepted as trainings providing credit points (ECTS - European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System).

13th August 2009 We abroad: Dušan Kerečki and Pedja Jovanović attending training for Erickson’s coaches and trainings

In July and August NLP Center coaches, Dušan Kerečki and Pedja Jovanović, were attending the program of Erickson college of Vancouver . Dule and Padja had the opportunity to attend the certified programs "The Art and Science of Coaching", "Coaching Team Thinking" and "4 Quadrant Thinking" in international environment. Apart from fabulous trainers and interesting subject, fun and entertainment was an integral part of this unique project.
